Welcome! My name is Gina and I am your new tattooed, cat-loving, gym rat, personal trainer! For decades people have viewed exercise as a form of punishment, but I would like to break that stigma and show you that you can train hard and have fun at the same time to make it as enjoyable as possible.
I have 15 years of personal gym experience and have overcome my own injuries, adapting my programme to be able to continue exercising in a way that not only builds strength, but also works on increasing mobility in preparation for those golden years.
I have a Masters degree in Psychology, and worked within the NHS Chronic Pain and Physiotherapy Teams for over 6 years, helping people increase their physical activity levels without causing additional pain, and simultaneously overcoming their psychological barriers to physical activity.
I can help with any aspect of your health and fitness journey, including nutrition advice and relaxation techniques. I specialise in strength and resistance training, as well as rehabilitation and injury prevention.
